What is included in Free Embroidery*?

Where indicated the price will include an embroidered logo of up to 10,000 stitches. For logos that exceed 10,000 stitches the additional premium is 35p per extra 1000 stitches.
What is the minimum order?
Answer
1 is our minimum order, with the exception of stage jackets that have an initial minimum order of 5, but can be ordered as singles thereafter.
What are our lead times?
Answer
We aim to decorate and dispatch all goods within 10 to 14 working days from receipt of garments, with the exception of the following bespoke items:
Stand Banners – 3 weeks from artwork approval.
Stage Jackets – 8-10 weeks from receipt of cloth.
Ties – 5 weeks for a sample, then 6 weeks following approval.

We will happily accept all major Credit and Debit cards together with cheques and BACS transfer.

Not perfect? Return it and let us fix things
Your satisfaction matters above all else to us. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products we will replace all faulty customised items however, we cannot provide returns on customised items that are not faulty.
You have 28 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty and within the manufactures warranty period.
