We start with an off‑the‑peg template and through our modular system let you personalise the cloth colour, collar/lapel design together with an expansive array of braid trim options for cuff detailing and rear decoration to suit your band’s branding.

A Fit for Every Performer

Standard sizes run from men’s 30″ to 52″ chest. Need a smaller or larger size? We can accommodate most measurements (additional charges may apply). To ensure the perfect fit, we’ll supply a measurement guide and can lend you a complete sizing set, one of every standard mens size jackets to try on at your leisure. There’s no hire fee for the sample jackets – all we ask is that you cover the cost of the carriage. We recommend testing the jackets while holding your instrument and sitting down; you’ll be surprised how much posture and instrument size can affect the ideal fit.

Each jacket includes two discreet internal pockets: one sized for your wallet or mobile phone and another roomy enough for a march card or red hymn book. These practical touches keep essentials to hand without spoiling the clean lines of the jacket.

Our Signature range uses UK‑sourced Polyester, stock‑supported cloth that stands up to frequent wear and travel. If you need an exact shade to match your existing uniforms or branding, a bespoke dye service is available on request. One-Off Setup Fee for First-Time Orders

For your first-time order, there is a one-off setup fee of £75+VAT. This covers the creation of patterns, CADs, and the collation of all necessary materials.
